Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive brand awareness. You will be responsible for managing various online channels, creating compelling content, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.


  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  3. Create engaging and impactful content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
  4. Manage social media accounts, develop social media strategies, and interact with the target audience to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search engine rankings.
  6. Manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC ads, social media ads, and display ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
  7. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  8. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, forms, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
  10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
